Future Development Plan of Kaliachak College
The Workbook being the document for development and management of any institution, Kaliachak College community prepared its future Plans which are useful, flexible and credible by nature.
Our plans are based on the issues to be addressed which identifies various key operational areas and the human resources responsible for the same. The strategic plan is set on the overall principles for working of the management body. Our operational plans apply these principles to fulfil the specific task(s) involved and prepare a detailed plan which will put a time on task against each of the activities. The strategic plans include provision for a clear and continuing review and overview of the whole process. We feel it is essential to detect the emerging problems and possible solutions at the initial stage of implementation as well as any stage up to the completion of the same.
Our Future Plans
1.To Extend Class rooms keeping balance with the increasing number of students and programs;
2.To construct boundary wall for smooth management of the campus;
3.To build a Seminar Hall with gallery system;
4.To run the Gymnasium with necessary equipment's for the students & staff in the mini- indoor games complex
5.To increase the use of eco-friendly energy sources
6.To seek more teaching posts for improving the teacher-student ratio;
7.To seek more post for non-teaching staff for providing better support services to the students;
8.To ensure computer literacy for all the students of Kaliachak College
9.To Start Community Services in the college laboratories
10.To introduce Job oriented courses to cultivate local opportunities
11.To enhance Employability of the outgoing students through collaboration with Employers
12.To introduce participative learning system
13.To encourage the students for achieving the excellence in the university examination
14.To strengthen the outcome-based learning
15.To encourage faculties for quality research and publications
16.To publish an online research journal
17.To start entry in service coaching and remedial coaching for the students
18.To introduce students monitoring system
19.To strengthen the SSS and Feedback mechanism
20.To perform the torch bearer's role in the district higher education map of Malda in particular and India in general.
